Radiological Report :
The gallbladder is grossly
distended and thick walled with a 2.0cm calculus impacted in the
neck. There is intrahepatic bile duct dilatation, but the distal CBD
is not dilated.
Normal pancreas. Atrophic kidneys,
the right measuring 7.4cm in length and the left 7.6cm. Both have
simple cortical cysts.
Comment: The features within the
gallbladder would be in keeping with Mirizzi's syndrome. Chronic
renal parenchymal disease bilaterally. |
