XR Abdomen :
There is extensive small bowel dilatation, predominantly gas filled
with central and pelvic loops. The colon is collapsed. The features
would be in keeping with small bowel obstruction, possibly from
adhesions. The hernial orifices are not demonstrated.
No free gas. |
