Abdomen infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm

Radiological Report : XR Abdomen :

Some punctate calcification overlies each kidney but there is some similar calcification in the epigastric region. It is doubtful whether any of this calcification therefore is renal in nature.
No distal ureteric calcification is identified.

Of note is a large infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm and massive common iliac aneurysms with probable proximal internal iliac aneurysms.
