Report : XR Ankle Rt :
Comparison is
made with 28.7.05. The appearances are essentially unchanged from
that time with continued marked deformity of the hind foot and
marked degenerative change within the ankle and the subtalar joints.
The appearance would be in keeping with previous osteomyelitis and
secondary degenerative change. No new bony destruction is seen to
suggest more recent infection, although naturally given this degree
of bony deformity, it would be difficult to demonstrate early
change. |
