Radiological
Report : CT Head (without contrast) :
There is a
large right sided hypodense subdural haemorrhage which is of
longstanding. There is nevertheless significant midline shift to the
left side and compression and effacement of right sided sulci.
Urgent referral
for neurosurgical assessment is required. |
