Axial non contrast CT head.
There is extensive atrophy, predominantly affecting the frontal
lobes bilaterally. This is greater than would normally be expected
for his age. No segmental infarct or haemorrhage. No mass lesion
or shift of midline structures. There is no particular evidence
of ischaemic small vessel disease. |
