Radiological Report : XR Chest :
The heart size is at the upper limit of normal with a cardiothoracic
ratio of 17/33. Pulmonary vascularity appears to be within normal
limits. There are chronic inflammatory changes bilaterally and
calcified pleural and diaphragmatic plaques are seen consistent
with previous asbestos exposure.
No focal acute lung lesion is seen. |
