There is massive mediastinal lymphadenopathy.
The heart size is normal. The features would be supportive of
lymphoma, especially with the clinical findings of cervical and
axillary lymphadenopathy and indeed on the x-ray the right axilla
shows increased soft tissue density in keeping with lymph nodes.
