Radiological Report : XR Chest :
Fairly well defined, extensive consolidation is present in the base
of the right upper lobe with patchy changes also present at both
lung bases.
The appearances may only represent a
fairly well circumscribed pneumonia, rather than a more sinister
lesion but the latter will certainly need to be considered |
